1. Information we collect
When we issue a certificate we record the holder's name, NID or passport number, the course completed and the issue and renewal dates. When you use our contact form we record the name, email address, phone number and message you send.
2. How we use it
Certificate data is used to issue, renew and verify certificates. Contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry.
3. What the public can see
Anyone who has a certificate ID or scans its QR code can see the holder's name, course, dates and status. The NID or passport number is never shown in full – at most the last four characters are displayed. The QR code itself contains only a verification link, not personal data.
4. Storage and security
Records are held in a protected database accessible only to authorised administrators. Certificate PDFs, which contain the full NID or passport number, are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to our obligation to keep certificate records that others rely on to verify your qualification. Contact us to make a request.
